How do I link a device?

In ebo Player, open Website sync from Settings → Playlists, or from the initial Playlist screen. Copy its MAC ADDRESS and 8-digit DEVICE KEY into the Connect device page. No email, password, or registration is required. Keep the device key private. Use the current app version from Download.

How do I add a playlist?

Choose a linked device in My playlists, then select Add playlist. For M3U, use the complete playlist URL. For Xtream Codes, enter the server address and port, username, and password supplied by your provider.

Why don’t my changes appear immediately?

Open Website sync in the app and choose Sync playlists after saving changes here. Website playlists are managed separately from playlists you create locally. Removing a website playlist takes effect in the app on the next successful sync.

Does ebo Player include channels?

No. ebo Player is a general media player. You need to supply your own playlist or provider account. We don’t sell IPTV playlists or subscriptions.

Why can’t a stream play?

Confirm your provider account is active and the complete URL is correct. Stream availability, formats, and connection limits depend on your provider. Website pairing doesn’t activate, renew, or override a provider subscription.

Device access

Your MAC ADDRESS and DEVICE KEY stay saved in the app. Use the same details to return to this device’s playlists. If you change the MAC identifier on this website, refresh Website sync in the app. Existing account owners can still use their separate account sign-in.
